PROCESS
01 COMPATABILITY
Are we a good match? Please have a quick read of the ‘Are You Ready To Collaborate?’ section down below. White End Studio loves to work with clients who share the same values and our love for design, but furthermore have passion for their business and are ready to commit to the creative process.
04 DESIGN
My design work always starts with a pen and paper. I will develop concepts and designs based on our project mood board that will be sent to you for feedback and the opportunity to refine your chosen concept up to two times. This collaborative approach will ensure we end up with the perfect outcome for you and your brand.
02 BOOKING
We will begin with a chat over email, discussing your vision and needs for your brand. If we move forward and have decided on the right project for you, you will receive a custom brief & contract to sign, followed by an invoice for the 50% deposit. The non-refundable 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any work.
05 DELIVERY
Once we have finalised our project together and all invoices are paid, you will receive all of your designs packaged together and delivered to you digitally in all necessary formats. All brand identities are provided with high quality PNG, SVG and AI files. For printed items, delivery times may vary and will be discussed throughout the project.
03 RESEARCH
I give all of my clients a discovery questionnaire. This will help you refine and express your vision that you have for your project so we are both on the same page. This will ensure the design process starts off on the right track. I will then do some further research and present you with a project mood board to be approved. This will be our reference for the creative direction.
06 CELEBRATE
Congratulations on launching your beautiful brand into the world! Pop the bubbly, buy those pair of shoes you’ve been wanting & take a breather, you’ve earned it! Once you begin to promote, I will feature your brands story and designs on my website and social medias for everybody to admire!
